How much will it cost?
Exactly what the estimate says, unless your project turns out to need something unusual, and if it does, you'll hear it from me before anything starts, not on an invoice. Packages run from £595 to £1,650 plus the add-ons you pick.
How long does it take?
Most Up & Running sites go live within 2–3 weeks of content being ready, The Obvious Choice in 3–5, Top Of The Range in 5–8 depending on booking or shop setup. You get a firm timeline with your quote.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and once the final invoice is paid the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, I hand over the files and help with the switch, no exit fee.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security updates and content edits, 30 minutes a month on Safe & Sound, an hour on Seen & Found, two on Front Foot. One bill, one person responsible.
How many changes are included?
During the build: one revision round with Up & Running, two with The Obvious Choice, three with Top Of The Range, and nothing goes live until you've signed it off. After launch, small changes come out of your monthly plan's edit time.
Do I need to write the content?
Not if you don't want to. The Obvious Choice and Top Of The Range include copywriting guidance, and the copywriting add-on (£40 a page) gets you words that sound like you, written from a chat about your business. You always get final say.
